RCL owns the 3.93-acre property located at 2772 Lower Road, Roberts Creek.
The core focus of the RCL development team is to develop the land, subdivide into residential lots and sell each lot into the market. We will complete the subdivision by the spring of 2022 and sell the residential lots into the market.
While our development plan will not change, several other options and partnering opportunities have formed including a Partner and Profit investment opportunity. For example, as shown in our “New Homes” page, there is the option to acquire a lot and develop two new strata detached homes on each newly created lot.
The RCL has the expertise and industry experience to fully develop, complete and deliver 2 new homes on each lot. We see this as an additional option and investment opportunity to generate profitability for capital partners interested in partnering for-profit opportunities.
